Service description
Shibui Finance provides a read-only MCP server at mcp.shibui.finance that gives Claude access to historical US stock market data, including daily prices, quarterly and annual financials, valuation metrics, and technical indicators. No financial advice
Shibui Finance is a data tool, not an investment advisor. Nothing returned by the server constitutes financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, or an endorsement of any investment strategy. All data is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
Data accuracy
We source data from third-party providers and make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that any data is complete, current, or error-free. Historical financial data may contain gaps, revisions, or inconsistencies inherent to the underlying sources. Always cross-check important figures before making decisions based on them. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to modify, delete, or corrupt data on the server
- Use the service for automated scraping or bulk data extraction outside of normal MCP client usage
- Resell or redistribute raw data obtained from the server in a competing data product
- Attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shibui Finance and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
